The Genesis line is a more budget oriented option of steel target that we offer. They are manufactured from a domestic 3/8” AR500 steel for cost savings while retaining good longevity and performance. These systems are perfect for lower volume shooters or shooters who focus on pistols close and rifles at distance. ⁠

We did this test alongside shooting the same ammo on our Exodus Plate. You can find that video earlier in our feed. While AR500 is strong, it is not the best material for VERY high volume use. Our Curated AR550 is better in that situation. ⁠

Both are great options, the Exodus is just stronger, but that comes at an increase in retail price. If you have questions about which is right for you, we have a blog on our site covering the options. ⁠
