Kirby Sensenig, owner, and founder of TA Targets has a long history in a family business. He is the President of a large commercial roofing and steel fabrication contracting company in Lancaster PA since 2001. His father started the roofing business in 1958 and started the second division in steel fabrication in 1984. The success of this family business is in no small part from the influence of his father and his emphasis on honesty, quality and customer service. It may sound cliché, but we believe it is the bed rock of any long-standing successful company.
