C Zone Stencil
The C Zone Stencil is a sheet metal, press brake bent stencil that can be placed over your target plate to paint a Full Size A Zone onto your target plate. Painting a True A Zone onto your C Zone target plate will allow you to hone in your precision and performance on a higher accountability target size. This stencil is great for accountability.
Using Steel Targets Smarter
Steel targets are an amazing tool for training, but they can “lie” to you as well. Simply shooting large plates doesn’t always push the skill development you will need. The stencils we offer allow you to paint a smaller target onto the target plate. This does a number of things for you as a shooter. First, it gives you a visually smaller target to shoot for. This forces a higher level of accountability during your training. Secondly, this focus on a smaller target means you are gaining the benefit of higher accountability on larger targets that ring louder. Smaller steel plates often do not ring very loud when struck. Maybe you already have a C Zone plate and want A Zone accountability.
How to use this stencil
Simply place the stencil over your C Zone A-DAP target plate, pick your favorite color of spray paint, and spray the A Zone. You will have a crisp, fresh A Zone for you to shoot at. While accuracy and precision is NOT always an indicator of performance, working speed WHILE building the skills to accurately land shots is important. This stencil helps you achieve just that.
