Point 1 Micro Popper System
The Point 1 Micro Popper System is a collaboration with our close friend Donovan from Point 1 Tactics. We teamed up with Donovan to create a Mini Popper target that is purpose built for serious pistol training. Make no mistake: This target will push your skillset and resolve. We likely do not need to say this, but this system is meant for those who desire to train to that top 1% level.
Small Target Forces Accountability
The Point 1 Micro Popper Target is all about focusing in on those pistol fundamentals. Shooting this target at distance is extremely humbling and requires you to do your part. This target helps to built focus, to call shots, and to work through pressure while training. Additionally, the auto reset function adds fun to your range day. Most modern pistol calibers will fully knock down the paddle. The custom wound spring will then reset the paddle back into its static position, ready for the next string of fire.
Shot calling and skill building
Solid hits will result in a fast knock down and reset action. Poor hits may result in little to no movement. This means you are programming your mind to pay attention to the RESULTS of your bullet impacts, not just that you hit some arbitrary scoring zone. This builds confidence and skills quickly and reinforces the good habits you are building every range day. We chose a 4″X6″ paddle that indexes on the pivot mount for consistency and skill building. Quality Domestic (US) AR500 steel means the plate will withstand countless rounds and hours on the range.

Further, you can be confident supporting a US company manufacturing our products right here in the great state of Pennsylvania. You might be wondering how we protect the 2X4 tube. We include an AR500 guard for each Popper target. This further aids in protecting your system and investment from lower impacts.
Point 1 Micro Popper Targets Include the Following:
This system is sold as a bracket, pivot, paddle, spring and hardware. We have several base options that customers can choose from for their training (Genesis Base, Breakdown Base, Gen 3 20″ Round Base). Simply select from the options if you desire to purchase with a base. If you already have a base that accepts 2X4 wood posts, there is no need to add one to this system. For your training we include the following:

- (one) Pivot mount (this part bolts to our breakdown base tube)
- (one) 2X4 Breakdown Base Tube (slides over the 2X4 Post)
- (one) 1/2″ Carriage Bolt, Yellow Zinc Finish
- (one) 1/2″ Locking Nut
- (one) Custom wound torsion spring
- (one) 1/2″ Clevis Pin and clip
- (2) 3/8″ Carriage Bolts
- (2) 3/8″ Locking Nuts
- (2) Flat Washers
- (2) 3/8″ Hex Bolts for tightening to 2X4 post
