Why do a GAW at all?
Selfishly, we want to be able to contact you and talk about how you can change the world. I know, that sounds crazy, but it’s true. You have the ability to change and alter the course of the world around you. The vision of TA Targets is: “To inspire individuals to become capable providers and protectors.” This is a vision that is often fought. It is a direct threat to a controlling regime. When people (like you) become self-sufficient, you are harder to control. Our objective is to secure freedom by building communities of people who are capable.
How we achieve that vision
We live under the mantra of “Build, Create, And Lead”. We build cohesive teams and new businesses. Then we create and cultivate culture. After that, we LEAD with intentionality, example, and purpose. We do this through the products we create and the media we master. All things we create are measured against our vision. If it doesn’t line up, we don’t do it. Simple as that.

It’s no secret that it is harder and harder to get pro freedom and pro excellence content out. The social media giants do not want you capable. They want you consumed. Part of how we combat that is building out our own databases. Newsletters are a huge part of that. I realize that newsletters can be annoying and have been abused, but ours is more deliberate and intentional. We don’t send daily emails, we don’t spam you. We send out valuable information and projects we are working on. As a thank you, you can often find discounts and promotions in the newsletter as well.

This has been a hard year for so many people, and this GAW is a way we can give back. We also are celebrating the coming of the holiday season and the nearing end of 2024. All of this also connects us to YOU. It also allows us to give you even more free content and value going forward. Please read FULLY prior to entering our giveaway sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Dates:
This Sweepstakes (The Night and Day Giveaway) is valid from November 18, 2024 (“Game-Start”) through 11:59PM EST November 26, 2024. (“Game-End”).
Eligibility:
This Sweepstakes (The Night and Day Giveaway) is open only to legal residents of the 48 United States (excluding, without limitation, The District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories), who currently reside in the US and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of households of Arkayne Co, its affiliates, dealers and distributors, advertising, design, print production and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.
The Grand Prize winner will be required to have a valid driver’s license or proof of identification and (if prize is a firearm) will be required to complete an ATF Form #4473 and pass a NICS background check at his or her local firearms retailer that holds a valid Federal Firearms License. Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in a forfeiture of the prize. TA Targets, Arkayne Co and/or any giveaway sweepstakes partners will not be responsible for any fees collected by the retailer to perform these services.
Such fees shall be at the winner’s sole expense. By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, in all respects. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
ITAR REGULATION:
The RH25 thermal monocular and mystery prize are ITAR regulated products meaning:
– They can only be possessed and owned by US citizens
– They can NOT under any circumstance be exported outside of the US.
Prior to receiving the prize, the winner WILL be required to sign an ITAR acknowledgment form stating that they understand they will be taking possession of an ITAR regulated product. Failure to complete this form will mean forfeiting the RH25 thermal monocular. There will be no cash substitute or other substitute in the event that the thermal monocular is forfeited.
How to Enter:
Legal participants must enter their full first name, full last name, and email in at the box at the top of the page. In the event that the initially chosen email address is disqualified for any reason as stated herein the rules, regulations and terms and conditions, a new winner will be randomly selected.
Winner Selection:
At the time of the Night and Day Giveaway sweepstakes closing our team will export ALL email addresses that have been entered during this event. At that time, they will be numbered within the exported excel document. Each UNIQUE email address will receive its own unique number. A random number generator will then be set from number 1 through the last email address (the final number on the list). The random number generator will choose a random number between the first email and the last email entered. This chosen email will be the winner of the contest. Our team will contact the winner within SEVEN days of choosing the winner OR by no later than December 2, 2024.
Notification and Awarding of Prize:
The winner will be notified by email, mail or telephone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except where prohibited by law) within thirty (30) days of notification in order to claim the prize. The winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility must be complete. Depending on the prize amount, we may be required to obtain your Social Security Number. The winner’s social security number will be used solely to verify eligibility and for tax reporting purposes. The information in the winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct or the winner is disqualified.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release as required, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By participation in this Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, the winner grants Arkayne Co. and its affiliated companies and partners of this sweepstakes the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, picture, voice, and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in any media including but not limited to the world wide web without additional compensation or further notification, permission or consideration.
Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind.

There will be no cash replacement for goods that cannot be sent to the randomly selected winner. Odds of winning cannot be calculated and are completely dependent upon the number of individuals signing up for the giveaway at the above link. Purchasing ANY product from our websites will NOT increase your odds of winning or being selected. All expenses not specifically stated and all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and an IRS form #1099 will be issued to the winner for the full value of the prize.
Disqualification:
TA Targets & Arkayne Co. reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of use of the web site by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated entry programs), or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Sponsor or any other person.
Liability:
By entering this sweepstakes or accepting the prize, all participants release, indemnify and hold harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, TA Targets / Arkayne Co, its dealers and distributors, successors and their respective, advertising, design, and print production agencies and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees, one and all, from all actions and liability (including attorney’s fees and costs) due to injury, loss or damage to person or property, including death, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, acceptance or possession of the prize, or participation in this sweepstakes.
Prize winner waives the right 1) to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) to any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. Sponsor (i) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize; and (ii) disclaims any implied warranty. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be subject to the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys’ fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
Who is putting on this sweepstakes
This Promotion is put on by TA Targets & Arkayne Co in partnership with Live The Creed, Premier Body Armor, and Vertx. TA Targets & Arkayne Co have a mailing address at PO Box 212 Womelsdorf PA 19567 and a physical address of 1011 West Penn Avenue Robesonia PA 19551 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue this sweepstakes or modify these Official Rules without prior notification. Any such changes will be available at www.arkayne.com and www.tatargets.com.
Winner shall not be eligible to win more than one TA Targets and/or Arkayne Co Sweepstakes in any calendar year. Entry in this Sweepstakes grants TA Targets / Arkayne Co the right to use entrants’ information for all legal purposes including giving to marketing partners (TA Targets, The Exodus Companies, Landtyrn, and Exodus Overland), Arkayne Co electronic newsletter subscription, and to participating partners.
