Conduit Brackets & Standard Hooks
The Conduit Brackets & Standard Hooks are a no nonsense simplistic way to get you onto the range training with purpose. This is easily the least expensive and simplest/fastest system we make. It takes less than a minute to assemble. Spend less time maintaining, more time shooting with this package. The 3/4″ Conduit is lightweight yet strong enough to hang a couple gong targets from. It is readily available all across this nation. We do NOT include the conduit with this package, but we do offer is HERE. Manufactured In The US, Because It Matters!
You’ve seen the amazon gong targets and systems, most are made in China. If you don’t care about building up US manufacturing, just buy whatever is cheapest. But if you care about supporting US businesses employing US employees, audit who you spend money with! Our company has been manufacturing steel target systems in SE Pennsylvania since 2015.
Built To Be Portable And Adjustable.
Adjust the length of the legs and the cross conduit to suit your needs. Breakdown and store easily in your vehicle for transportation. Always remember to disassemble with gloves to avoid lead exposure!
Safe, Strong, And Capable.
This Conduit Gong Target Stand kit allows the hanging of a multitude of different gongs and it creates a safe shooting gallery of sorts. Swinging hooks lessen wear and tear on the system. Users could also use chains or straps fastened to the cross conduit pipe if desired. One thing to note: Be VERY careful what steel targets you purchase! While you CAN use other brands of target plates on our gong hanger, it is your responsibility to make sure you are purchasing safe steel and using them in a safe manner. We cannot guarantee safety or performance/distance recommendations with ANY gongs or target plates but our own. That isn’t a sales pitch. We just know there is much snake oil in this market. Buy from us with confidence.
Getting The Most Out Of Your System:
We INCLUDE (5) cut lengths of 3/4″ EMT (approximately 1″ OD) conduit that are 60″ each. This is everything you need to start shooting, just add a gong of your choosing. Most hardware stores will offer this conduit and MOST will cut it to length for you, but buying from us will save you time and headaches. Ships Via Ground Shipping in the lower 48 states.
Train your skills with this amazing kit. This Conduit Gong Stand does NOT include gongs unless you add them separately. Be sure to do that before you check out!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1.) How Long Does It Take To Setup This System?
Answer: This system takes less than 60 seconds to assembly. Easily this is our fastest system to set up.
2.) How Much Weight Can This System Hold Up?
Answer: The Conduit Gong Stand is rated to hold approximately 30-40 pounds of gongs. This is NOT designed to hold a large amount of targets. You will find better performance by keeping 3 or less gongs on this system. If you are looking for a system that holds a massive amount of weight, you may want to consider our Deluxe Gong Stand. Where the conduit system shines is the incredibly fast assembly time and ease of use. If that is most important to you, then this is probably the system for you.
3.) How Well Does The Powder Coating Hold Up?
Answer: The powder coating will only chip if you bang the components into something else, or if fragmentation hits it. Over time, expect some normal wear and tear on the finish. This is acceptable and normal. However, items that do not get hit with fragmentation will retain their finish for years to come. We don’t like the idea of shipping dusty rusted brackets to you. So we don’t. Just one other way we add value to our products.
4.) Is This System Covered Under Your Warranty?
Answer: Gong targets feature our 1 year warranty and are guaranteed to be free from failure within that year when used properly. You MUST use proper ammunition (less than 3,000 FPS, NO STEEL CORE OR PENETRATOR, AND follow our distance recommendations ALWAYS).
5.) What Is Included In This Gong Hanger Kit?
Answer: We include two gong hanger hooks and two “y” shaped brackets for the conduit. We currently do NOT carry the conduit for this system. You will need to visit your local hardware store for that. Make sure you purchase 3/4″ Conduit. The brackets for this system are mild steel and are not intended to be shot. Fragmentation will not be an issue, but you should ALWAYS insure your rounds do NOT impact the brackets, hooks, or conduit.
6.) What Length Conduit Should I Purchase?
Answer: Most conduit at your local hardware store will be 10′ lengths. For this reason, we recommend you cut them down to 5′ long. Most hardware stores can do this for you and we HIGHLY recommend letting a professional handle this part for you. A side benefit is most conduit is galvanized, which will protect it from rust for many years. For your benefit, we offer conduit pre-cut HERE.
7.) Where Are These Products Produced?
Answer: We produce our products in Lancaster County PA. We oversee every step of the process, QC, production, packaging, and shipping. From start to finish, TA Targets is manufacturing high quality systems for hard use. Our owners own the machinery, facility, equipment, etc. We have invested heavily in newer specialty equipment to further streamline our processes and increase quality even further.
8.) Is The Armor Plating On The Targets US Material?
Answer: No. The “armor” we use for the strike plates (actual target impact plates) is made from a proprietary material that is manufactured for us in Sweden. this is the best material we have found in the world. We were largely dissatisfied with the QC of American made strike plates and had too many issues with quality control. Eventually we hope a US manufacturer creates a material that is as available and as stringent as our Swedish plate. For now, this is the best material to service our customers. US Manufactured AR500 and AR550 is used in areas that are NOT main strike plates. Some examples of this are the Rifle Dueling Tree Shields, Plate Rack Shields, Arachnid front shield and hostage brackets.
9.) Where Does The Rest Of The Steel Come From?
Answer: The Remainder of the steel is purchased from US mills. During economic crisis times, we have occasionally sourced Canadian steel for our A36/ HRPO steel. While this is rare, it does happen if/when US mills decide to shut down for fake pandemics and such. You remember 2020? In those situations we sometimes have our hands tied to keep customers orders moving. We never buy garbage plate and never buy Chinese plate.
10.) How Close Can I Shoot The Target?
Answer: The recommended distances would be based on the targets in use. Generally speaking, this system is meant for 10 yards with pistols, 25 yards with magnum caliber pistols, and 100 yards minimum for rifles.
11.) Does This Product Fall Under Prop. 65 Warnings?
Answer: Maybe. Just in case, be sure not to eat the paint or lick the target before or after you’ve shot it. If you are just curious, led tastes horrible and will probably cause mental damage. If you have done it once you are likely to do it again. Handle at your own risk, if you choose, you may wear an industry grade hazmat suit and gas mask with a HEPA filter and good luck charm on your wrist.
